hello,
i'm sorry i have not replied to this. i have not had a computer for ages and have not been able to look at deviant art. thankyou for the compliments! you can buy hair and eyes from several online dollmaking suppliers, but if i were you i would look on ebay before anything else. type ooak fairy/doll hair/eyes in the search, and it will come up with many suppliers. you must use glass eyes, obviously so that they dont melt in the oven. hair can be either mohair or viscose and use a tacky all purpose craft glue, do NOT use super glue. it is best to dilute the craft glue with a little water first. i find viscose hair much easier to work with, but mohair does look more natural when applied well. the best thing is to experiment with what works best for you. for a small doll of this size the eyes would need to be about 3-4mm, again it comes down to preference.

Hello there! You have fanastic gallery! Can I ask you something? from where you've got hair and eyes for dolls [you buy it in somekind of shop]? and how you put hair on a head, it looks so natural.

I would love to open a shop. Unfortunately I am not rich, also each fairy takes about a week to make, working about 4-6 hours a day...
